Slimming world lasagne

Tonight I made lasagne for dinner. Doesn’t seem much but this is all made from scratch !! The white sauce is syn free. But I added 25g of asda 30% fat British cheese ( 4 syns ) this would make either 6 small portions OR 3 large portions. It can be frozen and reheated at a later date … Please make sure you reheat until piping hot !!

RECIPE

MEAT:-

5% fat lean minced beef sainsburys

1 large leek cut into quarters and sliced finely

2 carrots grated

1 celery stalk cut in half and sliced finely

1 can of chopped tomatoes

1 carton of passata

2 beef stock cubes

2 oxo cubes

Tbsp mixed herbs

Tbsp oregano

Pinch of celery salt

WHITE SAUCE:-

250g plain quark

2 eggs slightly beaten

2-3 tbsp fat free natural fromage frais

Pinch of nutmeg

**in a large bowl add quark and mix until smooth, add fromage frais and combine …. In a separate bowl add eggs and whisk until slightly beaten …. Add eggs to the quark and fromage frais and mix together with nutmeg**

25g 30% fat British cheese – Asda

The cheese makes this 0.5 syns per portion ( 6 portions )
