Synsister #1 Saturday fooooood!

Had a lovely day out and about with the hubby today and that can only mean 1 thing – eating out (again! He really is a bad influence!)……

Breakfast!

Kept it simple and didn’t use hea or heb as I normally would as I knew we were having lunch out!

  • Asda fat free rhubarb and vanilla yoghurt (free), strawberries and raspberries (speed)

Lunch!

Went to Basingstoke and found a good old Nando’s!

  • Butterfly chicken (skin removed) with lemon and herb rub
  • Regular spicy rice
  • Mixed leaf salad
  • Corn on the cob

*The chicken was roughly 3 syns, rice 2.5,  4.5 syns for any oil used on chicken, the lemon and herb rub and dressing

Dinner!

Didn’t want a big dinner after lunch – fancied something snacky

  • 4 original ryvita (heb)
  • 3 light babybel (hea)
  • Asda fat free rhubarb and vanilla yoghurt (free)
  • Pineapple (free), strawberries, raspberries, papaya and blackberries (speed)*

*All served in my new posh sundae glass from Poundland! I totally eat with my eyes 👀
