Had a lovely day with the family. Swimming this morning, trip into town, another lunch, lots of jobs done and a trip to the gym. Stayed on plan! Boooooom!!!!!!

Breakfast – fruit & yoghurt
Lunch – half a jacket potato with beans and salad
Dinner – carbonara and salad
Snacks – Apple, satsuma, yoghurt and fruit sundae
