Synsister #3 catch up!!

Wahoooooo, I’m baaaaaaack!

Almost finished decorating now so fingers crossed I’ll be able to go back to normal soon. In the mean time, I’ve made lots of changes!!

I no longer do food diaries, they bore me to death! Last week was my first week without and I managed 4lb off. Still trying to make clever choices when it comes to food, and I think I’m doing okay!? Looking forward to weigh in next week because I’ll hopefully have my 1.5 stone off. Yipeeeeee!!!

Here’s a few meals I’ve had lately xxx

Roast dinner, syn free without gravy.

Bit of a casserole going on here, just chucked it all in and hoped for the best

My pud this eve, speedy fruits (except blueberries) and sweetened fat free fromage frais. Delish!!!

Tuesday …Β 

Another day when I’m just not feeling it. Oh well into the food …


Breakfast!

  • Asda fat free rhubarb and vanilla yoghurt (free) with free and speedy fruits

Lunch!

  • 4 original Ryvita (heb), 1 tbsp flora light (2 syns), 3 babybel light (hea), Mullerlight fat free Greek style strawberry yoghurt (0.5 syns) and an Alpen light 3 syns – which I ate at dinner)

Dinner!

  • Hubby made chicke and rice from one of the sliming world books and it was rank! Also didn’t feel too good so had Alpen light, packet of pufts (3.5 syns) and another yoghurt (0.5 syns)

Finishing today on 9.5 syns!

Didn’t fancy dinner …

β€’sweetened quark (free), 2 mini meringues (2 syns), strawberries and raspberries (speed) and a frozen Milkybar mousse 4.5 syns)

Today’s food

Another lovely day. Did just over an hours body Magic this morning with the family too!

Breakfast!

  • 3 slices Kingsmill Wholemeal no crusts (heb) and 1 tbsp flora light (2 syns)

Snack!

  • A banana (f) and an apple (speed)

Lunch!

  • Jacket potato (no butter free), beans (free), speedy side salad and a Diet Coke 

Dinner!

  • Chicken (free) and potato wedges (free) with Schwartz bbq in them (bloody lush), homemade coleslaw (2 syns for 1 tbsp Hellman’s light mayo) and a lovely speedy and free salad 

Treat!

  • Quark (free) mixed with Mullerlight fat free Greek style luscious lemon yoghurt (0.5 syns), free and speed fruits, topped with choc shot (1 syn)

Ended the day on 7.5 syns – happy with that!

#3’s lunch, dinner and pud!

God help me I’m stuffed. I’m sat at my dining table unable to move…. Food coma to commence lol.

Us 3 sister, Bro in-law and the kids went swimming this morning. Me being me I had 15mins to get ready before we left lol so a satsuma and 1 Hifi bar it was for breakfast.

Afterwards I felt half starved so munched on my banana before we had left the changing rooms :-))

Now here’s my lunch a speedy/free subway salad bowl. I’ve never thought of having chicken teriyaki before but I loved it….

For dinner I had the nacho style feast… I’m sure I used too much of the spices lol it blew my head off.

Then pudding. This beauty was delicious, didn’t measure the chocshot because I didn’t just want to dollop it on so I’ll say 2 syns.

So in total so far I’ve had 2 syns, my HEa and my HEb. Ooooo I can have loads of options hot chocolate tonight (mint only of course) xxxx

Saturday’s scran!

  • Corn on the cob (free)
  • Sour cream (3.5 syns)
  • Free & speedy salad
  • Will count 0.5 syns incase of any oil used even though I didn’t eat potato skin 

Dinner!

  • 4 Ryvita original (heb)
  • 1 tbsp flora light (2 syns)
  • Marmite (free)
  • Blackberries, raspberries, strawberries (speed), Mullerlight Greek style luscious lemon yoghurt (0.5 syns)
  • Lemon meringue Hifi bar chopped up (3 syns)

Thursday = weigh day

Did ok this week but always dread those scales 😱! Actually managed to loose another 2lb! This means I have now lost 1st 3.5lbs altogether πŸ‘πŸ» Love that this plan works 😘 ok, onto food…

Had Zumba tonight so needed a good filling lunch!

  • Free and speedy salad
  • Mullerlight yoghurt 
  • Free and speedy fruit salad

Dinner!

  • Rice, free and speedy salad and curry sauce (no idea on syns but not really worried!)
  • Mullerlight yoghurt (free), free and speedy fruit

  • Bacon (free), leeks, garlic, chilli pepper, paprika all fried in frylight added to pasta with 25g Philadelphia light (2 syns)

Treat!

  • 1 tsp choc shot (0.5syns)
  • Ben & Jerry’s son of a wich (4 syns)
